| i know it's pretty self explanatory. but I figured I'd post it. For me exercising gets boring and isn't coordinated so doing a scheduled thing really helps me. this is a 6 week program to raise your general strength and health to be able to do 100 push ups consecutively without ending up in a heap on the floor. 100 Pushups | |

| This is indeed amazing. I just want to read it all. I use the Iron Gym and I like it a lot.
it helps me to stay in shape. I lost like 10 pounds since I got it. | |
