The near complete track list comes courtesy of September's Game Informer that features the Fab Four on their cover and incidentally scores it 8.75. This could in fact be the full track listing seeing as Game Informer states that the "game ships with fewer songs than they've come to expect." Still, 44 is a pretty good number.
